Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Anniston/Oxford, an IHG Hotel

Location was good and close to restaurants and shops. The breakfast was ok one morning and the second morning much better. The first morning was cheese omelette and I didn’t like the processed cheese they used in the middle. The second morning’s breakfast was scrambled eggs that were good and the bacon was crispy and very tasty. The biscuits were good and gravy ok…..I’m not a packaged gravy fan but that is what you get at most hotels. Good juice options and good cereal & yogurt options too. Coffee was good……lots of bread items like bagels, muffins, pancakes, etc. to choose from. Hotel staff were friendly and I noticed a young woman vacuuming often on our floor.

The breakfast was good. I wish they would add bacon, boiled eggs . Soda

The location was great. Close to many points of interest. The breakfast selection was great. The room was large and very clean as well as the rest of the hotel. The all of the front desk staff were very kind, friendly and helpful.

My reservation was messed up on Booking. Coms part.... They were so sweet and fixed it for us. Then later that day they told me what booking had done and they didn't charge my card again..... I will most definitely be staying again.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. Clean and tidy room.
